AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF COMMERCIAL GAMING LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a transparent and competitive process for the issuance of commercial gaming licenses by the Department of Consumer Protection.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the state maximizes the benefits of authorizing commercial gaming.
