AN ACT CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF A PARENTS' BILL OF RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a parents' bill of rights to ensure that parents have enforceable legal rights.
