AN ACT PROTECTING MINORS FROM EXPLOITIVE ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to protect minors from computer pornography transmitted, and child exploitation committed, through electronic applications on the Internet or on a telephone.

Statement of Purpose:

To protect minors from computer pornography and child exploitation transmitted or committed through electronic applications.
