AN ACT CONCERNING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TASK FORCE TO STUDY METHODS FOR IMPROVED COLLECTION OF PAST DUE CHILD SUPPORT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to implement the recommendations of the task force to study methods for improved collection of past due child support.
