AN ACT CONCERNING MANDATORY COMBINED REPORTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to require mandatory combined reporting.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise revenue by requiring multistate corporations to file returns allowing the state to tax them appropriately.
