AN ACT CONCERNING REALTOR EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand and update the curriculum for realtors in order to improve the quality of education offered through the real estate principles and practices course.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand and update curriculum for realtors to improve the quality of education they receive through the real estate principles and practices course.
