AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID THERAPY MANAGEMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to include medication therapy management as a covered benefit under the Medicaid program.

Statement of Purpose:

To improve medication safety and quality of care while reducing health care costs.
