AN ACT CONCERNING FLEXIBILITY IN PROPERTY REVALUATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities flexibility to determine when they conduct property revaluation.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns the flexibility to determine when they perform property tax revaluation.
