AN ACT INCREASING THE MUNICIPAL REVENUE SHARE OF TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT TICKETS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase the municipal revenue share of traffic enforcement tickets written by local law enforcement officials and to increase traffic safety and enforcement on local and residential roads.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the municipal revenue share of traffic enforcement tickets written by local law enforcement officials and to increase traffic safety and enforcement on local and residential roads.
