AN ACT CONCERNING AGE-RESTRICTED HOUSING OPTIONS FOR ELDERLY PERSONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to expand age-restricted housing options for elderly persons.

Statement of Purpose:

To expand safe and secure age-restricted housing options for elderly persons on fixed incomes.
