AN ACT CONCERNING RAISING THE CAP ON VIRTUAL NET METERING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-244u of the general statutes be amended to raise the cap on virtual net metering to twenty million dollars.
