AN ACT CONCERNING VOTING BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 5-278 of the general statutes be amended to require each chamber of the General Assembly to vote to approve or reject all collective bargaining agreements.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the General Assembly to vote on all collective bargaining agreements.
