AN ACT CONCERNING DISABLED VETERANS' PROPERTY TAXES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (b) of section 12-81f of the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of the additional property tax exemption that a municipality may provide to a veteran with a disability rating of ten per cent or more.

Statement of Purpose:

To assist disabled veterans by increasing the property tax exemption municipalities are allowed to provide to certain disabled veterans.
