AN ACT CONCERNING RENEWABLE ENERGY INCENTIVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of feed and tariff payments that electric distribution companies pay to customers from wholesale rates to retail rates.
Statement of Purpose:
To incentivize consumers to install larger renewable energy sources and to help accelerate the move toward grid parity.
