AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATIONS FROM PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to encourage commercialization of technology and innovations emerging from the state's public universities.
Statement of Purpose:
To support the formation of new technology companies and jobs.
