AN ACT ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES WITH FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL PILOT FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow federally qualified health centers of a municipality to be eligible to make payments in lieu of taxes to such municipality on its property.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities with federally qualified health centers to be eligible for additional PILOT funding.
