AN ACT CONCERNING A REVIEW OF THE RACIAL IMBALANCE LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That a task force be established to review and make recommendations regarding the state's racial imbalance law and that such task force shall include the Department of Education, education and community leaders, professors and members of interested community groups.

Statement of Purpose:

To review the state's racial imbalance law.
