AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR THE UNINSURED AT COMMUNITY HOSPITALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide health care services for uninsured persons at local community hospitals.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide health care services to those who cannot afford to pay for the services and for those who are uninsured.
