AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTIES FOR THE SALE OF FENTANYL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the definition of "narcotic substance" in section 21a-240 of the general statutes be amended to add fentanyl and fentanyl derivatives in order to increase penalties for dealing such substances.
