AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR ENERGY ASSISTANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16a-41 of the general statutes be amended to require applicants for energy assistance programs to provide documentation of assets and all income sources.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent fraud and misuse of the Connecticut energy assistance program.
