AN ACT CREATING A PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE SYSTEM IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a system to provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals employed in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a system to compensate individuals who are out on family and medical leave.
