AN ACT PRIORITIZING RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require the Connecticut Siting Council to prioritize renewable energy projects, including, but not limited to, wind technology.

Statement of Purpose:

To direct the Siting Council to put a priority on renewable energy projects.
