AN ACT INCREASING ELIGIBILITY FOR CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-749 of the general statutes be amended to allow low-income parents who earn more money for a limited period of time to remain eligible for child care subsidies.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist working parents by allowing them to remain eligible for child care subsidies if their income temporarily increases.
