AN ACT CONCERNING MANDATORY COMBINED REPORTING.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to repeal mandatory combined reporting for the purposes of calculating a business's corporate income tax, otherwise known as the unitary tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal mandatory combined reporting under the corporate income tax.
