AN ACT RESTRUCTURING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-263i of the general statutes be amended to restructure the ambulatory surgical center tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide tax relief by restructuring the ambulatory surgical center tax.
