AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS AND STATE FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the providing of any state funding to any municipality that issues identification cards to persons illegally in this country or without proper documentation.
Statement of Purpose:
To discourage municipalities from issuing identification cards to persons illegally in this country or without proper documentation.
