AN ACT CONCERNING A MORATORIUM ON UNFUNDED STATE MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the imposition of new unfunded state mandates on municipalities for a period of two years.
Statement of Purpose:
To impose a two-year moratorium on unfunded state mandates on municipalities.
