AN ACT REPEALING THE CORPORATE INCOME TAX SURCHARGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the twenty per cent corporate income tax surcharge.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal the twenty per cent corporate income tax surcharge.
