AN ACT MAKING TECHNICAL REVISIONS TO STATUTES CONCERNING BLIGHT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subparagraph (H)(xv) of subdivision (7) of subsection (c) of section 7-148 of the general statutes be amended to read "owner or occupant" rather than "owner and occupant".
Statement of Purpose:
To make a technical correction to a statute concerning blight.
