AN ACT ELIMINATING REIMBURSEMENTS TO STATE EMPLOYEES FOR MILEAGE FROM THE CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate reimbursements to state employees for mileage from the calculation of salary for purposes of determining retirement income.
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude mileage reimbursements from state employee pension calculations.
