AN ACT IMPOSING A TWO-YEAR MORATORIUM ON THE IN-SCHOOL SUSPENSION REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-233c of the general statutes be amended to impose a two-year moratorium on the in-school suspension requirement.
Statement of Purpose:
To help ease the cost of the in-school suspension requirement on municipalities by imposing a two-year moratorium on such requirement.
