AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANT FORMULA AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS TO SMALL TOWNS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to ensure that small towns are equitably funded under the education cost-sharing grant formula.

Statement of Purpose:

To revise the education cost-sharing grant formula for the purpose of equitably funding small towns.
