AN ACT CONCERNING THE DATE WHEN CHILDREN MAY REGISTER FOR KINDERGARTEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 10-15c of the general statutes be amended to change the date when a child is eligible to be registered for kindergarten from on or before January first of the school year to on or before July thirty-first of the school year.
