AN ACT EXPANDING ACCESS TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit licensed substance abuse treatment facilities from limiting admission or treatment only to persons currently under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
