AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROHIBITION OF THE ELIMINATION OF SCHOOL RECESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-221o of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a local or regional board of education from eliminating recess from its curriculum.
