AN ACT CONCERNING A MORATORIUM ON UNFUNDED STATE MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the General Assembly from adopting any unfunded state mandate during the next budget biennium.
