AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD DAY CARE SERVICES AT HEALTH CLUBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-77a of the general statutes be amended to provided that a health club may establish drop-in supplementary child care operation on the premises of the establishment.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the use of drop-in supplementary child care operations to include health clubs.
