AN ACT CONCERNING UNION RECERTIFICATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require recertification of a union at least once every five years so that employees may have the option of choosing the same union or another union to represent them.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow workers a regular opportunity to choose the union they want representing them.
