AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL VACCINES APPROVED BY THE FEDERAL CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-7j of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to purchase all vaccines that are currently approved by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for administration to children.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure compliance with federal health care reform by requiring the state to purchase all vaccines currently approved by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
