AN ACT EXTENDING THE PROHIBITION ON SMOKING TO PRIVATE CLUBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to extend the prohibition on smoking to private clubs.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote the health and well being of those who either work at or visit private clubs.
