AN ACT ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LAW REVISION COMMISSION REGARDING ALIMONY STATUTES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 46b-65, 46b-81, 46b-82 and 46b-86 of the general statutes be amended to adopt the recommendations of the Law Revision Commission regarding alimony statutes.

Statement of Purpose:

To adopt the recommendations of the Law Revision Commission regarding alimony statutes.
