AN ACT ELIMINATING THE MUNICIPALITY EXEMPTION FROM THE CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IN STATE CONTRACTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the municipality exemption from laws governing contract compliance requirements in state contracts.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to adhere to contract compliance requirements when contracting with the state.
