AN ACT CONCERNING SUBMETERING AT APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND CONDOMINIUMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 16-19ff of the general statutes be amended to allow submetering at apartment buildings and condominiums.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow submetering at apartment buildings and condominiums by expanding current law that only allows submetering at recreational campgrounds and individual slips at marinas and other locations approved by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
