AN ACT CONCERNING UNFUNDED MUNICIPAL MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a two-thirds vote of both chambers of the General Assembly to pass any new unfunded mandate on municipalities.
