AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING FOR ELDERLY PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to require that state-assisted public housing for elderly persons be occupied only by such elderly persons.
