AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMISSION ON FISCAL STABILITY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall conduct an analysis of the final report of the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth, established pursuant to section 250 of public act 17-2 of the June special session. Not later than January 1, 2019, the secretary shall submit a report on the results of such analysis to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.
