AN ACT REQUIRING THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE TO STUDY WAYS TO INCREASE SECURITY AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the General Assembly direct the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee to study ways to increase security at elementary schools and to prevent unauthorized entry into elementary school buildings.
Statement of Purpose:
To direct the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee to study ways to increase school security and improve school safety at elementary schools.
