AN ACT CONCERNING HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS FOR CERTAIN VIETNAM WAR VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-221a of the general statutes be amended to provide high school diplomas to veterans of the Vietnam War who were unable to complete their education due to their armed services commitment.
Statement of Purpose:
To grant a high school diploma to those who left school to fight in the Vietnam War and could not finish their education because of active service.
