AN ACT REGULATING TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to regulate transportation network companies that provide prearranged transportation services for a fare by connecting passengers to transportation network company drivers through a digital network or software application.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for state regulation of transportation network companies.
