AN ACT REQUIRING UNIFORM MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE RATES AMONG THE TOWNS IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that motor vehicle insurance rates be uniform in this state and not vary depending upon the city or town where the insured resides.
Statement of Purpose:
To require uniform motor vehicle insurance rates across the towns in the state.
